Refined Eyecare Optometry is proud to be the first practice in Torrance to offer OptiLight IPL -a bright solution to Dry Eye.

Yasmeen Lakhani was born and raised in Visalia, California, and attended the University of California Irvine where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences. She then went on to obtain her Doctorate of Optometry from the Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton.
